Esport MatrixGame status
Both games run entirely in your browser, so there is no server that can take them offline. If something will not load, it is almost always one of the causes listed below.
Outlaw Arena
Operational. Runs in-browser, no login required, no network calls after the page loads.
Matrix 777
Operational. Runs in-browser, no login required, no network calls after the page loads.
Saved progress
Stored in your own browser. Nothing is held on our side, so there is nothing that can go down.
Maintenance
None scheduled. Updates to the pages do not interrupt a game that is already open in a tab.
If something is not working
Common causes
- Private or incognito windows can block the storage that holds your player name.
- Aggressive script blockers may stop the reels from rendering at all.
- Very old browsers without local storage support cannot keep a player name.
What cannot be recovered
- Clearing site data removes your player name, coins and tier permanently.
- Progress does not sync between devices or between browsers on one device.
- There is no account to restore from, because no account was ever created.
Three things to try first
Reload the page
A hard refresh clears a half-loaded script and fixes the reels not appearing in the large majority of cases.
Turn off blockers here
Content blockers sometimes strip inline scripts. Allowing this site usually brings the game straight back.
Leave private mode
A normal window can write local storage, which is what keeps your player name between visits.
Still stuck?
Is there an entry fee for the ladder?
No. Esport Matrix has no payment system of any kind. There is no entry fee, no season pass and no cosmetic store — the ladder is free to enter and always will be.
Does my rank ever decay?
No. Ranks only move upward as experience accumulates. Leave for six months and you come back at exactly the rank you left at.
Do the two titles share a rank?
Yes. Experience earned in Outlaw Arena and Matrix 777 feeds the same ladder, so rounds in either title move the same rank.
